Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any purchase from XL Industries please notify us immediately! We always strive for total customer satisfaction, and we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your new display products.

If you wish to make a return…

Please notify us by telephone within seventy-two hours and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

All returns must be accompanied by this RMA number and must be received by XL Industries within fourteen days.

All returned items must be received in new, unused and salable condition.  If you do not have the original packaging you will need to add some packing material so that the item/items do not get scratched or damaged during shipping.  Items damaged due to neglect are not eligible for a refund and will be recycled.  

Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer unless prior approval has been given.

A 15% re-stocking charge will be subtracted from refunds issued.
