Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible. Recent delays from suppliers have caused longer lead times. Average lead time for orders to ship is 3 to 4 weeks. 

You will be notified by email with tracking information when your order ships.

All orders are shipped on XL Industries FedEx account ground.

Yes, overnight and 2nd day shipping are available at a higher rate. 

Yes, we accept returns.  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Your refund will be less 15% restocking fee.  All returns must be in sellable condition. 

Save the original packaging. Take pictures of the package and the item.  Contact us immediately. 

XL Industries designed the display stands to hold a reasonable amount of weight.  On average 30 to 70 pounds depending on size and model of stand. 

Yes, all of our products are made out of high-grade aluminum and will not rust.  Lecterns and Register Stands are water resistant but should not be left outside in wet conditions for a long period. 

We have made some improvements over the years to our products which is why they may not look exactly as they are pictured.  Many of the stands are pictured with metal collars which we have discontinued and replaced with plastic.  The metal collars were cast aluminum and left streaks on the stand as well as scratches. The plastic is more durable and does not leave marks or scratches. 

All XL Industries products are built to last many years.  If product failure occurs within one (1) year of receipt by customer due to faulty manufacturing or material defects, XL Industries will replace or repair the product without charge.

Rubber replacement feet can be purchased in sets.  You can find the ones you need listed under replacement parts.

To qualify for distributor pricing you must order 10 or more of one item and it must be shipped directly to you.
