Shipping Policies

Because most XL Industries products ship in large boxes, the shipping fees on our items tend to be high. When shipped, our items are subject to “dimensional weight”, where actual package size is considered alongside the shipping weight to determine costs. Since our products are generally light in weight, we can sometimes strap items together and reduce your costs when purchasing multiple items. You will be notified via email if/when any shipping fee adjustments are applied.

Limited Warranty

All XL Industries products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. If product failure occurs within one (1) year of receipt by customer due to faulty manufacturing or material defects, XL Industries will replace or repair the product without charge.

This Limited Warranty does not cover abnormal product wear and tear or abuse of product.

Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any purchase from XL Industries please notify us immediately! We always strive for total customer satisfaction, and we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your new display products.

If you wish make a return…

Please notify us by telephone within seventy-two hours and obtain a Return Merchandise  Authorization (RMA) number.

All returns must be accompanied by this RMA number and must be received by XL Industries within fourteen days.

All returned items must be received in new, unused and salable condition.  

Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer unless prior approval has been given.

A 15% re-stocking charge will levied against any refund issued.

Privacy Policy

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through xlindustries.com and not to information collected from other sources.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to another company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product requested by the customer.

Cookies

XL Industries tracks customer user experience through the use of session variables consisting of non-unique identifiers. At no time is any private data transmitted via cookies. These session variables are not required to browse xlindustries.com but their absence may affect certain site features.

Newsletter

When implemented, all information gathered to transmit any promotional material is encrypted and held by XL Industries only until you un-subscribe from our services. Requests to unsubscribe any email address may take up to seven days to process.

Emails

Unless subscribed to our newsletter, you will only receive email communication from XL Industries that pertains to orders (pending and/or fulfilled).
